This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution prays for issuing direction to the respondents to supply the copies of all proceedings in respect of electricity connection bearing A/c No. EP47/0629 (NRS). A further prayer for directing the respondents to restore the electicity connection of the petitioner has also been made.
We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at some length and perused the paper book. The matter is taken up for final disposal.
For the relief claimed in the instant petition, the petitioner has already submitted an application dated 22.4.2008 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No. 4. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition at this stage with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the application dated 22.4.2008 (Annexure P-5) by
