Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the Executing Court for disbursement of compensation amount including enhanced compensation. It is conceded position that regular first appeals have been decided on 24.1.2007. A number of other land owners have also approached the Executing Court for disbursement of the amount and release of the bank guarantee.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Executing Court by moving appropriate application. If the application is filed within two weeks, then the Executing Court shall take steps to dispose of the application within a period of four
weeks thereafter.
