Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024, G.R. No. 876 of 224, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per allegation, total 72 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the bicycle of petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He is under custody since 19.06.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024, G.R. No. 876 of 224, subject to the following condition:-

(i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
