that the husband is already in custody. Learned counsel has also submitted that in the FIR, the allegation of demand of motorcycle has been made and that motorcycle is not supposed to be used by the petitioner and he is not concerned with that demand.
The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
