Mr. Raju Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that the GPF amount has been paid to him and as such so far as that part is concerned, the writ petition has become infructuous. He further submits that he may be granted liberty to take steps for any further grievance relating to payment.
In view of the submissions put forward by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
It goes without saying that the petitioner always have
