7 21-11-2019 The Respondent No. 5 is present in the Court and it is submitted that the entire payment has already been made to the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 5 has averred before this Court that the entire payment has been made, he has got no grievance, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate her grievance afresh in case, any portion of the death cum retiral dues is still remaining to be paid.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of, however with liberty to the petitioner to agitate her subsisting
