On account of serious mistakes in the typed copy of the Annexures appended to the present writ petition, which has amounted to misrepresentation of facts, this Court has serious objections to such type of writ petitions being filed.
However, since the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, this Court is restraining itself from passing any adverse order against the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition and with a warning to the petitioner to be careful in future.
