This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioners herein having assaulted the informant as also looted some amounts. The accused persons are stated to have given a knife blow in the stomach of the informant whereafter the accused persons had committed loot.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

petitioners are having a clean antecedent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that no injury report is on record of the case diary, as is apparent from the case diary, hence, the factum of knife injury does not stand corroborated at the moment.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
