Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant.
This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 263 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 379 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and avail the facility of regular bail in view of the fact that the co-accused persons have been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 27.4.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 13665 of 2018 and vide order dated 3.6.2019 passed in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57438 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2
Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19719 of 2019.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as
withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender
before the court below and seek regular bail.
