The present writ application was filed on 08.10.2014 with the grievance that the respondent authorities have not returned the original certificate of the Bihar Teachers Eligibility Test of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State with reference to Paragraph-8 of the counter affidavit and AnnexureA thereto, has submitted that the original certificate of the petitioner has already been returned to the petitioner on 14.02.2015.
