The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of deceased, who in his fardbeyan has stated that his daughter aged about 20 years was married with Prakash Mandal. Marriage was solemnized with Prakash Mandal last year. It has been further alleged that his daughter was being tortured on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. On 28.11.2014 he received an information that his daughter has been killed by her in laws and on

29.11.2014 he with other family members reached there and came to know from village sources that the dead body of his daughter Radha Devi has been concealed in the field and after recovery of body the FIR was registered before the police officer. In the fardbeyan, allegation is against his son-in-law Prakash Mandal of demanding Rs. 1 lac and motorcycle and against other family members, the allegations are of general and omnibus in nature. It has been submitted that petitioner and his family resides separately with the family of his brother. It has been further submitted that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-1st, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014.
