Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Keoti P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is an employee of the aforesiad company. It has been further submitted that the informant is also an employee of the aforesaid company and posted at Khirma Branch at Darbhanga and he himself is

responsible for depositing the money. Similarly, situated coaccused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 19.07.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31370 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Darbhanga , in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 .
