The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:
Shri Jyoti Praikash, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Shri Vivekanand Singh, AC to SC 18 submits that the order dated 05.07.2013 passed in CWJC No. 12330 of 2013 has been fully complied with. Hence, he does not wish to press this application.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not pressed.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
