After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 24.05.2011 passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
