The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:
The learned counsel for the appellant Shri Vivekanand, AC to SC-18 submits that in view of the notification dated 17.08.2015 bearing Notification No. 14/DLA-Policy (First Appeal)-113/13- 943/R of the Government of Bihar, Revenue & Land Reforms Department (Directorate of Land Acquisition), particularly Clause- (i) thereof, he wishes to withdraw the present appeal. In view of the fact that the amount of valuation is of Rs.4,42,164/-, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
