The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:
The learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Jiwan Prakash Sinha, submits that as far as the order dated 02.07.2014 passed in CWJC No. 21722 of 2013 is concerned, it has been fully complied with. However, he submits that he may be permitted to file a representation before the authorities concerned, in case of any other grievances. Prayer is allowed.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
