The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:
Shri Shakti Suman Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners in presence of Shri Akhileshwar Singh, learned AC to Shri Vinay Kirti Singh, t he learned counsel for the Opposite parties, submits that the order dated 03.12.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 23899 of 2013 has already been complied with, hence he does not wish to press this application and seeks permission to withdrawn this application.
The prayer is allowed.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
