2 18-04-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is accused in connection with Arwal (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2013 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of Sushma devi, cousin sister of informant, Santosh Kumar Mishra, by her husband and in-laws for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and to disposed off her dead body.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and is in custody since 15.12.2013. It is further submitted that, in fact, the deceased, Sushma Devi died due to diarrhoea and after death her father also participated last funeral and later on, due to ulterior motive informant, who is the cousin brother of the deceased, has lodged
