Accusation is of establishing forceful physical relationship with the seven years daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the occurrence is of 12.07.2013 and on the same day the victim was medically examined and as per the opinion by the medical board, the positive finding of commission of rape was not made then the informant alleged that in fact the unnatural offence was committed then again the medical board examined the victim and ruled out the anal sex. Both the reports are on record as Annexure-2 series.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge,
