From possession of Chandra Mohan Rai @ Mohan Rai and Ritesh Kumar Mishra stolen motorcycle was recovered. The apprehended accused named this petitioner. It is submitted that recovery is not made from the petitioner when Naresh Sahani who named this petitioner and from whose possession recovery was made has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 39707 of 2013.
