JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 28-01-2014 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.06.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 224, 328, 34 and 120B of the I.P.C. Three accused fled away from the Rosera Sub Jail when petitioner was working as Home Guard. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accused escaped from the custody from Ward No. 1 through tower No. 2 and there is nothing on record to suggest that petitioner was in league with the escaped accused. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the same, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 118 of 2013.
