The petitioner is languishing in custody since 3 0.09.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable u nder Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of E xplosive Substances Act.
The accusation is of throwing explosive on the informant, though no injury was caused but Darwaja was damaged and earlier demand of extortion of Rs.50,000/- was made.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is not made out.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
