The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered against him and others including Dharmendra Kumar for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that the petitioner was the pillion rider of vehicle driven by co-accused Dharmendra Kumar. The vehicle was a stolen property.
Submission is that co-accused Dharmendra Kumar who was driving the vehicle has been admitted to bail by a Bench of this Court on 19.03.2014 in Cr.Misc.No. 5930 of 2014. In paragraph 3 of this application, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
