The allegation has been levelled against dozen of accused of committing various overt acts which led to killing of Ravish Yadav, Sanjay Yadav, Anil Sah and Jitendra Kumar Yadav.
Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Co-accused Rajniti Mandal, Neeraj Yadav and Ranjan Yadav were put on trial and they have been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.V,

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.V/concerned court, Munger in Naya Ram Nagar P.S.Case No. 176 of 2004.
