The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered for offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian penal Code. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Chakia O.P.. has alleged that at about 12.30 hours on 01.10.2013 an information was received that a lady wearing yellow coloured sari and blause was going through a red Maruti carrying huge looted articles from the passengers. Raid was conducted and arrest was made. Submission is that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner who is a man of fair antecedent.
