Through this modification petition, it has been submitted that there was a typing error due to inadequate information received by the petitioner that has resulted into a typographical error in order no. 3 dated 27.11.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 23343 of 2013, whereby the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi but the case has already been committed and the order is modified to the extent that order no. 3 has been passed to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 10, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 746 of 2013, arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 314 of 2012.

The modification petition is allowed. The other terms and conditions of the order no. 3, dated 27.11.2013, shall remain same.
