The petitioners seek bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 341,323, 307, 379, 447, 504/34 of the IPC on 20.5.2013 in which Section 302 of the IPC was added on 7.6.2012 subsequently.

Allegation is that these two petitioners and eight others assaulted the informant and his father. The informant’s father subsequently died.

Uncontroverted submission is that the acquisition has not been specified against the petitioners and other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, West in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 124 of 2012.
