No. 47833 of 2013 is modified to the extent that name of petitioner be read as ‘Ram Kumar Shah @ Raj Kumar Shah’ in place of ‘Ram Kumar Shah @ Raj Kishor Shah’ and name of Police Station be read as ‘Ishupur’ in place of ‘Ishipur’.
