This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioner, who prayer was earlier refused on 16.10.2012 in Cr. Misc. No. 12972 of 2012.
The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2011 and trial has just commenced on 02.05.2014 and petitioner undertakes to be physically present on each and every date before the court below on dates fixed.
In view of the above, in the event of filing duly verified application supported with personal affidavit before the court below by the petitioner to the effect stated above and the two bailors must be the closest agnates of the petitioner, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
