The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 326, 307 and 354(b) of the Indian Penal Code, is solitary named accused in this case with allegation of inflicting injuries by boiled water upon the daughter of the informant.

Submission is of false implication and parties have settled their dispute amicably for which due compromise petition is on the record of the court below.

If it is so, in the event of informant, his wife and the victim, all, appearing before the court below, on due identification, support the factum of compromise and contents made therein with their free will and consent without any coercion and the informant also stood as one of the bailors , in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner abovenamed be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in
