The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection

with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 135 and 138 of the Electricity Act, is solitary named accused in this case with allegation of consuming electric power causing loss of Rs. 28,497/-.

It is submitted that petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount in question for which loss was caused to the Electricity Board i.e., Rs. 28,500/- (in round figure).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of filing duly verified application supported with personal affidavit to the effect stated above before the court below and deposit of the said amount with Board / in Court, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner abovenamed be enlarged on bail on
