JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 2 18-06-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier petitioner’s prayer was refused with a liberty to renew the prayer after examination of minor victim before the trial court itself. The petitioner has unsuccessfully renewed the prayer. Having regard to the facts and circumstances including stage of the case, there appears no reason to change the stand already taken, hence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby refused. Trial court is directed to do all the needfuls and conclude the trial within three months.
