The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.09.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant was in love with Rajnish Choudhary @ Dabloo when one day she left home and went in the company of one Manitosh who subsequently established physical relationship with her. The informant was taken to Beauty Parlour of this petitioner when some one else also attempted to establish physical relationship with the informant and petitioner offered Rs. 25,000/salary. It is submitted that thrust of accusation is against Manitosh. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
