JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 23-01-2014 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for bail in a case of misuse. Initially, the case was registered under Section 364/34 of the I.P.C., when the petitioner was granted bail. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 18.01.2012 and the petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2013.
It is submitted that now the petitioner will
regularly appear before the learned court below.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of the learned Adhoc Addl. District &
Sessions Judge-Vth, Lakhisarai, in connection with
Sessions Case No. 53/1999, arising out of Lakhisarai
(Chanan) P.S. Case No. 07/1994.
Learned court below will be at liberty to
