Accusation is of committing theft of railway property.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner when a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover one Uday Mandal from whom recovery has been made has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 34065 of 2013. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2012.
