02/ 11-04-2014 The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.12.2007 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 109 of 2003, Trial No. 1214 of 2013, whereby processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is very fairly submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioners that the trial has commenced as one witness has already been examined.
