2 10-04-2014 The present application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of Sheikhpura SC/ST P.S. Case No. 43 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C.

It appears that petitioners earlier filed Cr. Misc. No. 8705 of 2014 for quashing of the F.I.R. which was permitted to be withdrawn on 21.02.2014 to file appropriate application in future.

The petitioners have filed the present

application since, now the investigation has concluded and final form/charge-sheet has been submitted.

This Court is not inclined to take a different view at present.

Accordingly the application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge, if the charge has already not been
