JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 6 25-06-2014 Heard the parties. This is third attempt on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier his similar prayer was twice refused on 10.05.2012 and 21.11.2012 respectively passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 13934 of 2012 and 27488 of 2012. Now, undisputedly, the prosecution case has been closed and the statements of accused persons including the petitioner have been recorded under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and matter is pending for defence evidence and argument.
In view of the above, there appears no reason to change the view already taken vide orders aforementioned. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the abovenamed, petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 196 of 2012 arising out of Cheriya Bariyarpur (Manjhaul) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2011 pending before Sri N.N. Singh, Additional Sessions Judge-II, Begusarai, is hereby refused.
