All the four petitioners, apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, are named accused in this complaint case.

Submission is of false implication in petty dispute and in retaliation of earlier instituted Annexure – 2 giving rise to proceed under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further, petitioners carry no criminal antecedent.

If, it is so , having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Manu, Judicial
