2 13-08-2014 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioners is to have accompanied the co-accused Rajeev Kumar @ Chandan Kumar who has taken away the complainant and established forcibly physical relationship.

It is submitted that Rajeev Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 13242 of 2011, which is at Annexure-4 to this petition, and the case of the petitioners stands on better footing.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
