The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the accused including the petitioner is to have abused the informant and snatched Rs. 800/- at the point of arms. The accused could not be identified due to darkness and later on they were detected as Binod Kumar (Petitioner) and Akib Mian.
It is submitted that the occurrence has taken place on 26.2.2014 at 10 P.M. whereas the case has been lodged on 2.3.2014. It is further submitted that later on it is said that money has been returned and the case has been compromised between both the parties. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, the above-named petitioner is directed to be
