The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 379, 506, 354, 325, 307/34 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted Vinit Kumar, son of the informant with iron rod, as a result of which his left leg was fractured.

It is submitted that there is case and counter case between both the parties. The father of the petitioner has also filed Basantpur P. S. Case No. 297 of 2013 against the informant and others. The injured has been examined and the injury has been found simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, in case of

arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks the above named petitioner will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Basantpur P. S. Case No. 296 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the other following conditions:-

(i) The petitioner will not indulge himself in similar or any other offence.

(ii) One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.

(iii) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, his bail bond would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
