It is submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has appeared in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Raja, who has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.40388/2013 and the co-accused Suraj @ Bijli has also been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.17093/2014. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 25.02.2013.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
