The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has appeared in the confessional statement of co-accused before the police. He is in custody since 20.01.2014.
The learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has also criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
