The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 353, 283, 379, 427, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. nor has criminal antecedent and in similar circumstance other co-accused not named in the F.I.R. have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc.
