The petitioner is languishing in custody since 2 6.10.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable u nder Sections 188, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 448, 337, 338, 4 35, 436, 332, 333, 353, 120B, 427, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian P enal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substances Act.
The accusation is of violating prohibitory order, setting fire the records of the police station, pelting stones causing injury to the police personnel and others.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific, it is against the mob when the others have been granted bail and after lodging of the present case in the same transaction the petitioner has been roped in

other cases for the same incident.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No. 121 of 2013 arising out of Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 338 of 2012.
