The accusation is of recovery of 75 liters of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner is involved in two other cases of similar nature. It is submitted that recovery is made from the joint family house of the petitioner. Considering the nature of recovery and period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
