The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended that there is a case and counter case. Both the injured sustained simple injuries. In respect of one of the injuries on their person opinion was reserved but the supplementary injury report was not received and in absence of the same the police submitted charge-sheet. Learned counsel contended that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24^th December, 2012.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.221 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No.2637 of 2012.
