Instant case bearing Chapra Town P.S. Case No.6 of 1995 wherein petitioner was availing bail vide order dated 02.09.1998 jumped out and on account thereof, his bail bond was cancelled on 18.03.1999. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.01.2014 on account of having been produced by the police.
Accordingly, petitioner Bihari Shah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with one surety to the satisfaction of learned Sri A.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.6 of 1995, subject to

condition that before furnishing bail bond petitioner will deposit Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) subject to condition that having default of single date will liable the amount subject to forfeiture otherwise the amount will be returned back to the petitioner after conclusion of the trial.
