By way of supplementary affidavit seizure list has been filed and taken on record.
On confidential information shop of Upendra Ray was raided and during course thereof, so many persons were apprehended and the items as per seizure list were recovered from the possession of respective accused. So far petitioner is concerned, from the narration of self statement as well as from the seizure list, it is apparent that there happens to be consolidated seizure list of 15 persons including the petitioner for the recovery of cash appertaining to Rs.3520/-, motorcycle, mobile set, play cards, wine bottles, bear bottles, glasses & packets of cigarettes.

Other co-accused are found bailed out vide Cr.Misc.Nos. 18098, 17742, 18671, 18642, 17864 & 19501 of 2014. Accordingly, petitioner, Ramjee Sah @ Ramjee Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 46/2014 (NDPS Case No. 04/2014).
